Imagine, Friday evening, weekend coming and our refrigerator stops working. Fortunately, we called Ohm Repair and spoke to Vlad. Vlad was able to rearrange his service calls and responded by 5:30pm. After a thorough diagnosis he found it needed a mother board but had to order the part. When the part came in, Vlad returned and had us up and running quickly. We were extremely happy with Ohm and especially with their amazing service technician, Vlad. Vlad was very friendly, efficient, and courteous and explained what he was doing and why the refrigerator wasn’t operating. Vlad was excellent. Additionally, considering our repair required a late evening response, the price was extremely reasonable. We highly recommend using Ohm and Vlad. 5 Star company.

Oleh came on time, shortly after 8:00. He took apart my dryer. Found the problem and it appears to be fixed. I hope it stays fixed for some time. He cleaned up after he finished. Very nice fellow.
